Brew & Bakes Cafe: A Roadside Container Cafe in Tagaytay
If you're looking for a cafe with quality cakes and coffee, you may check out Brew & Bakes Cafe. It's a simple minimalist roadside container cafe just a few minutes away from the city proper of Tagaytay.

This cafe might be crowded at times. But I was able to go there one weekday afternoon, and there was no one.
It's just a tiny simple cafe but the concept is really nice.
It is just along Tagaytay-Sta. Rosa Road. So if you're going to Tagaytay and taking this way, you might want to drop by and have a coffee break. There's also a restaurant beside the cafe.
You can dine on the roof deck but it's not advisable during the rainy season. So it's really best for to-go coffee and cakes.
This is what it looks like inside the shop. It's really a tiny one. You can order at the cashier.
They have cake selections and it's mostly cheesecakes. My favorite! They also have pastries like muffins.
There's indoor dining but only two people can be accommodated.
I ordered their Spanish Latte and Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake. It's like the perfect pair!
VERDICT
It's one of my favorite cafes here in Tagaytay because mainly of their cakes. Haha! Their coffee and cakes are pricey though. But you're sure to get quality food. The price range is 300-500 pesos per person. Honestly, the roof deck was a nice place to chill. I ate my order there but it suddenly rained. With this, I might say this cafe is best for to-go coffee and cakes.
