CONCEPT CAFE

This cafe is a Parisian-inspired cafe. By Parisian, I think this means that the setup is the same with Parisian cafes which are mostly outdoor because Parisians like to sit and watch things happen and people going by. But instead of outdoor, they made it indoors maybe to adapt to our weather here in the Philippines.

The interiors are in all pastel themes with pastel pink as the most evident color.

Their place is spacious. They have couches on one side and the others are regular chairs and tables.

They also have this telephone booth inspired. But yeah, instead of telephone, they used artificial pink flowers to wrap around it making it a picture perfect corner.

They also have the pink artificial flowers as wall decors and LED lights. I also like how they balance their decors making every walls and corners not too overwhelming.

I actually just realized what the concept is as I write down this article. This part right here (photo below) is an outdoor inspired. They used mirrors as windows which is a good thing for mirror selfies. Haha! They even used bricks as flooring.

Currently, they don't have aircondition yet because they are just new and still working on their place. The windows above give a really good lighting especially during sunny days. The weather is not super warm since the location is Tagaytay.

I can tell you that every corner of this cafe is instagramable. I took photos of every corner and wall! Haha.

THE FOOD

They serve coffee and non-coffee beverages (fruit teas and frappe), sandwiches, pizza, pasta, and cheesecakes for dessert.

Their menu is for a cafe by that I mean single serving and not for heavy meals. Unlike the usual cafes we have now. I also appreciate that their menu is not overwhelming nor complicated.

Since this is a cafe, first things first. We ordered this Hot Roasted Almond Latte which is their best seller for hot coffee.

I like their Roasted Almond Latte. The coffee is not too strong and it's not too sweet also.

For iced coffee, we ordered this Iced Caramel Macchiato. It's also good. I was able to try it a bit but SincerlyEricka got it.

I was able to try their Oreo Frappe when I dropped by here with Lowkey Lakwatsera and South Snippets. I like it so much! It is creamy and sweet. So if you're not into sweet, then this might not be for you. Kids might like it though!

Their Ube Cheesecake Frappe is my favorite. I didn't expect it because I'm not really into Ube flavors. The cheesecake gave it a twist! The Ube flavor was subtle and it balances with the cheesecake. I don't know but it's like a Unicorn drink in my head. Haha!

The serving of their frappe is actually big. Sulit for the price!

We ordered the All Meat Pizza. Their pizzas are the only good for sharing on their menu. It's good for two to three persons. This is my second favorite on the food we tried. There are a lot of meat and cheese. Hindi tinipid!

Their pasta are for single serving so we ordered two. The Shrimp Scampi Pasta was good but the garlic was too much for me. There's a hint of spice already coming from it. And I have low tolerance for anything spicy. Haha! It's just me and my preference. I liked the Bolognese Pasta more!

My favorite among the food that we ordered is their 3 Cheese Grilled Cheese Sandwich. I like anything cheese! Love the cheese combo! It comes with fries on the side. This can be a single serving or for two persons.

Currrently, they only offer frozen cheesecake for desserts. It comes in three sizes and we got the Strawberry Cheesecake in small. It's equivalent to one slice.

REVIEW

⭐️ I can rate them 4.5/5. The food and drinks are good. Their menu is actually not that complicated or overwhelming which is for me a good thing. It's just that it's more on the pricey side for me since most are for single serving. But I think it’s worth it. Had a great experience. I like to stay here and have a chitchat with friends. You won't notice the time! Haha.

Definitely a cafe I can recommend!
