Forastero Cafe, Silang, Cavite

Forastero Cafe opened last year but they now moved to a better and bigger space so they can serve and accommodate us better. They are still located at Silang Bayan (near P.S. Bank) which is just a few minutes from Tagaytay.

They just moved a month ago I think and I like the ambiance of their new place better than the old one. This is much cozy and relaxing.

They will add a gaming room soon!

I always remember this wall from them and I'm glad they still put it at their new space. They decorated the place for Halloween btw.

One thing I like about them is that they have WiFi even on their previous store. And now, the WiFi is so much faster. I wonder why we don't have coffee shops like this in Tagaytay? Haha! They also have sockets in every corner/wall of the cafe which is a good thing especially for students.

Aside from beverages, they also offer foods such as their all-day breakfast and fries.

TAPSILOG 130 pesos

They will be adding the Longaniza and Bangus meal soon on their menu! I really liked the Tapsilog. I was surprised with the Bangus 'cause I didn't know it was already boneless. Nevertheless, I loved it too! Haha! The longaniza was good too.

CREAMY MOCHA CARAMEL x OREO FRAPPE
I tried this Mocha Caramel with Orea. It tastes so good! I like that it is not sweet and strong. You can request it at the barista if you don't want it strong or sweet. :)

OKINAWA MILK TEA
They also serve milk teas! Yayy!

How To Get There:

Via private car: Search on Waze/Google Maps. Maybe you can park at nearby areas.

Via Commute: Ride a jeep going to Silang Bayan. It will drop you off sa mismong bayan and then you can walk going to Forastero Cafe. If you're from Tagaytay, the drop off will be at BDO Silang. Forastero Cafe is at the other side of it. If you're from Dasma, Imus, Bacoor, the jeep will drop you just a few meters away from the cafe.

I'm really so proud how Forastero Cafe has grown in just a year. Ya'll know I'm always in for great and affordable food plus they have fast wifi and sockets. Finding a cafe like this in the south especially near Tagaytay is a gem!! I highly recommend that you visit and try their food. :)

P.S. My bestfriend's family owns this but I always give my honest reviews. :)
