Reyna ng Turismo Cavite: Official Sashing Ceremony and Media Day

Cavite province is organizing its annual pageant, REYNA NG TURISMO CAVITE, to highlight its distinct beauty and local products. This event aims to boost tourism in the province while empowering the LGBTQ community. The official sashing ceremony was held last April 15, 2023, at Knights Templar Ridge Hotel, Tagaytay City, Cavite.

A total of 20 beautiful and talented candidates from the municipalities of Cavite will compete for the crown. The winner will have the opportunity to star in a mini-travel series on YouTube, which will serve as a promotional channel for Cavite's tourism, and a lot more!

This event is supported by the LGUs of Cavite. The official sashing ceremony was attended by Vice Governor Athena Tolentino, Tagaytay City Mayor Bambol Tolentino, and Vice Mayor Agnes Tolentino. Ms. Sinta Remulla was the founder of Reyna ng Turismo Cavite.

Cavite has been for years a favorite travel destination with its rich cultural heritage, stunning landmarks, delectable cuisine, and breathtaking natural beauties. With LGBTQ people showcasing their skills and talents, the pageant strives to showcase the hidden gems in every Cavite city and municipality.

Reyna ng Turismo Cavite 2023 Coronation Day will coincide with Gay Pride Month and is anticipated to be a big celebration of the LGBTQ community's successes and causes. Contestants from throughout Cavite will compete to represent their municipality or city, showing the distinctive character and regional goods of their hometown. It will be held on June 2023 at Dasma Arena, Dasmarinas, Cavite.

The winner of Reyna ng Turismo Cavite will have the chance to appear in a short travel documentary that will be used to promote Cavite's tourism on YouTube. This would give a stage to the best the province has to offer and encourage more people to come and see Cavite's beauty. The purpose of Reyna ng Turismo Cavite is to encourage the LGBTQ community to continue advocating for bettering local tourism while showcasing the beauty of Cavite's locations and products.

The group pledges to give everyone an outstanding experience because it is a wonderful chance to enjoy Cavite's best features while recognizing the abilities of the LGBTQ community.
